Director

Born in Delhi, the foodie capital of India, Gaurav was raised to love the Indian culinary scene from a young age. Such was his love for Indian food that he built an outstanding and highly successful 21-year career as a hospitality expert, curating celebrations with delicious food at the heart of it. With GG, Gaurav aims to bring the joy and happy moments that he experienced in India, his former home, to the community of Jersey City, his new home in America.

Chintan

CEO

Born and raised in Gujarat, Chintan grew up surrounded by the vibrancy of Indian celebrations. Delicious Indian food took center stage at every gathering, and it left an indelible mark on him. Though his career began in science, his heart led him back to the world of celebrations made memorable through delightful culinary experiences. Today, through GG, he channels his love for Indian food into creating experiences that invoke a sense of warmth and shared happiness.

Dipan

President

Hailing from Ahmedabad, Dipan’s fondest memories are of family feasts and community weddings where food was not just eaten, but celebrated. Turning his passion to profession with Food Trail, his catering venture, it cemented his belief that food is an expression of love and togetherness. With GG, Dipan brings that same heartfelt philosophy everywhere—sharing the flavors of India with families in Jersey City, NJ.

Siddharth

Chef de Cuisine

Growing up with Gaurav in Delhi, the culinary heart of India, Siddharth was captivated by the indulgence of Indian sweets and the magic of street food stalls bustling late into the night. His fascination turned into a culinary journey that took him from the bakeries of India to cruise ships and celebrated restaurants abroad. Yet, he  remains firmly rooted in Indian flavors. At Griddle Gourmet, Siddharth’s goal is to reimagine the foods of his childhood—bringing nostalgia, joy, and a touch of innovation to every plate.
